The best place to start yoga! These popular and fun 6 Week Beginners Yoga Courses help build your confidence and de-bunk the myth you need to be flexible to do yoga. Learn poses, movement, breathing and relaxation in a welcoming, no pressure environment. Suitable for complete beginners and those returning to practice after a break. Each course includes:

  • Yoga Poses - a range of accessible, foundational poses to stretch & strengthen the body

  • Simple Sequences - co-ordination of movement and breath to help concentration & focus

  • Conscious Breathing - simple take-home practices to calm the mind

  • Deep Relaxation - nurturing, guided relaxation for deep rest

  • Victoria’s FREE online (pre-recorded) Beginners Course to support you in between the weekly classes

  • Advice on ‘what's next’ upon completion of the course

All courses takes place in a spacious & characterful hall with high ceiling, off Pitshanger Lane: The Brentham Club, Meadvale Rd, Ealing W5 1NP. Please bring your own non-slip, sticky yoga mat. Max number of students is 12.
