Join me for my Annual 5 Week Yoga Summer School. Each class includes poses, breathing, guided relaxation and/or meditation.

A donation is made from the Summer School to the charity Refuge every year.

KARMA YOGA Every year yoga-tastic makes a donation from the Summer School to the charity Refuge.
