REFUND POLICY - classes, courses, day retreats and events

All participants must complete the Health Questionnaire prior to attending any class, workshop or event, online or in-person. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure they have understood and signed the disclaimer and are in a good state of health before participating in a class or event.

WEEKLY CLASSES PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

i) Classes run in 10 - 14 week terms to encourage commitment to, and enhance progression in, your practice. Payment is in advance for the whole term. We regret it is not possible to pay for part of the term or to pay monthly.

ii) Payment is to be made BEFORE the first class of term so please ensure you have paid before you come to class.

iii) Payment is by PayPal or Bank Transfer. Cash is not accepted.

iv) There are no refunds. Refunds will not be issued for lack of attendance - in part or in whole for the term

v) Fees cannot be deferred or postponed to another term or another person

vi) Once signed up for the term you can choose to attend the classes as you wish. For example, during a 12 week term, you can attend any 12 classes within that specific term. You do not have to attend the same class every week - you can mix and match. For example, if you miss one week you can attend twice another week. You can switch between any of the classes on the timetable including the Live Zoom class and Recordings from the Zoom classes.

vii) Drop in / pay as you go costs £20 per session and is payable by bank transfer before the class starts. Drop in / pay as you go is subject to availability, please get in touch if you would like to drop in.

6 WEEK BEGINNERS COURSE PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

i) Courses are 6 weeks long (6 x 1 hour sessions). Payment is in advance for the course. It is not possible to pay for part of the course or for one session.

ii) Payment is to be made BEFORE the start of the course so please ensure you have paid before you start the course.

iii) Payment is by PayPal or Bank Transfer. Cash is not accepted.

iv) There are no refunds. Refunds will not be issued for lack of attendance - in part or in whole for the course

v) Fees cannot be deferred or postponed to another course or another person

DAY RETREATS & EVENTS PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

i) Payment is via PayPal or bank transfer. Cash is not accepted.

ii) You need to be signed up at least 24 hours before the retreat day

iii) There are no refunds for day retreats and events

iv) Fees cannot be deferred or postponed to another retreat or event, or to another person
