NEW Spring Term Monday 05 January - Thursday 30 March 2026 (no classes Mon 16 - Thurs 20 Feb)
All classes include conscious breathing, relaxation and meditation, with a sprinkling of yoga philosophy. Classes run in terms to maximise your potential for learning and progression. We start gently at the beginning of the term, and build/add on each week, repeating a group of poses, with options and variations, so you get to track your progress. You can vary the day(s) and time(s) of the class(es) you attend each week, including switching to the Zoom class or requesting a recording.
