the yoga sessions
During my Spring Renewal Retreat you will enjoy four thoughtfully designed yoga sessions. All practices are mixed level, no pressure sessions with lots of options and variations.
Saturday and Sunday morning sessions are 120 minutes of Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Conscious Breathing and Guided Relaxation - designed to energise and revitalise you. Friday and Saturday evening sessions are 90 minutes of Yin Yoga and Guided Relaxation designed to encourage stillness, introspection and reflection. All practices are woven together with poetry, insight and inspiration.
The Yoga Barn is characterful and spacious. If the weather is good we can open the large doors so we have views out to the countryside as we practise.

I am delighted to announce Private Chef Stuart will be weaving his foodie magic again. Stuart has been chef to Sir Rod Stewart, a host of other celebrities and a Middle Eastern King! He has cooked in Scotlands finest restaurants, on super yachts and for VIPs. Enjoy two delicious dinners (2 courses - Friday and Saturday nights) and two tasty & huge brunches (Saturday and Sunday mornings). You are welcome to bring your own wine.

Master Bedroom Suite: The entire first floor is open to the eaves and provides a huge master bedroom with Super King size bed, half-height TV wall separating the wardrobes and dressing area which leads to a luxury bathroom with walk-in person shower behind a glass partition and large luxury roll top bath.
