the yoga sessions

During my Spring Renewal Retreat you will enjoy four thoughtfully designed yoga sessions.

Our Friday and Saturday evening sessions together invite stillness, silence, introspection and reflection through 90 minutes of Somatic Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Guided Relaxation. The Saturday and Sunday morning sessions encourage movement as meditation through 120 minutes of Soulful Vinyasa flow, conscious breathing and relaxation. All practices are skilfully woven together with poetry, insight and inspiration.

The Yoga Barn is characterful and spacious. If the weather is good we can open the large doors so we have views out to the countryside as we practise.
