Take time out for yourself with a weekend of uplifting yoga, deep relaxation, nourishing food and great company. This weekend is suitable for all levels, including non yogi partners and friends. REVIVE Saturday & Sunday mornings start with 90 - 120 minutes of soulful vinyasa flowing yoga, relaxation & Pranayama - designed to energise and revive you. An uplifting, mixed level practice with options for everyone.
RECHARGE Friday and Saturday evenings we slow things down with gentle movement, Restorative / Yin Yoga, Pranayama and guided relaxation in a gorgeous 90 minute practice. A calming, nurturing practice for all levels.

staying in the old farmhouse
The Grade II Listed farmhouse oozes rustic charm and character with oak beams and a unique stylish interior with three reception rooms, dining room and kitchen, with plenty of outdoor space and seating. The oldest parts of the traditional Sussex building were first built in 1599. There are four bedrooms in the farmhouse.

The gorgeous huge self contained Oast House boasts its own entrance with private parking and private courtyard. There are two lovely bedrooms (double beds) along with spacious living room, kitchen and bathroom with roll top bath.

The Sheperds Huts sit in the orchard enclosed by beech hedges. Each hut has a double bed, kitchenette, bathroom and private outdoor seating area. The huts are fully insulated and heated, and also have small log burners.
