Payments & Refund Policy
i) Classes run in 10 - 14 week terms to encourage commitment to, and enhance progression in, your practice. Payment is in advance for the whole term. We regret it is not possible to pay for part of the term or to pay monthly.
ii) Payment is prior to the first class of term so please ensure you have paid before you start the term.
iii) Payment is by PayPal or Bank Transfer. Cash is not accepted.
iv) Once signed up for the term you can choose to attend the classes as you wish. For example, during a 12 week term, you can attend any 12 classes within that specific term. You do not have to attend the same class every week - you can mix and match. For example, if you miss one week you can attend twice another week. You can switch between any of the classes on the timetable including the Live Zoom class and Recordings from the Zoom classes.
iv) Refunds will not be issued for lack of attendance - in part or in whole for the term.
v) We regret term fees cannot be deferred or postponed to another term or another person
vi) Drop in / pay as you go costs £18 per session and is payable by bank transfer before the class starts. Drop in / pay as you go is subject to availability
