Join me for my annual 5 Week Yoga Summer School.

Each class includes movement, breathing, guided relaxation and/or meditation. A donation is made from the Summer School to the charity Refuge every year.

KARMA YOGA Every year yoga-tastic makes a donation from the Summer School to the charity Refuge. Refuge is the largest domestic abuse organisation in the UK, helping women and their children overcome the physical, emotional, financial and logistical impacts of abuse and rebuild their lives — free from fear.
