unique & authentic voice

Victoria uses a light, non-dogmatic, ‘from-the-inside-out’ approach to teaching yoga which celebrates individuals’ bodies and minds. This not only honours safety first, it encourages personal choice and agency within students. Her teaching, whilst light handed, is the result of many years yoga practice, yoga study and yoga teaching and is an invitation to her students to deepen their connection to themselves on every level of their being. The combination of intelligent sequencing, subtle breathing and deep relaxation helps students to feel empowered and lead more purposeful lives.

Victoria is an excellent teacher. I find it rare to come across a teacher who is so empowering. She does not impose her own way but helps students find their own.
