This 6 Week Yoga Nidra Course introduces you to simple techniques which help relax body, breath and mind. Each session begins with gentle, preparatory movement before lying down with blankets and an eye pillow, bathed in the gentle aroma of frankincense. During the yoga nidra practice you will be guided through various stages of relaxation and awareness. Suitable for everyone - no previous experience required.
