25 years yoga practice - 14 years teaching - HIGHLY qualified
Victoria has been practising yoga for 25 years, teaching for 14 and is qualified in alignment, breathing and meditation. Both her own practice, and her teaching, is an exploration of the connection between body, breath, mind and soul.
Victoria teaches yoga classes, beginners yoga courses and private yoga across Ealing and West London. She also lovingly creates and teaches yoga retreats around the world. As a senior teacher she teaches the British Wheel of Yoga 60 Hour Foundation Course to experienced students who are beginning their yoga teacher training journey.
Victoria’s style, whilst light hearted and light handed, is an invitation to her students to deepen their connection to themselves on every level of their being. Her combination of posture work, breathing, relaxation and meditation helps students lead calmer, happier and more purposeful lives.
Qualifications: The numerous yoga qualifications Victoria holds are approved by the most respected and widely recognised governing bodies. Her initial training BWY Dip 500 Hours, which took two and a half years to complete with the British Wheel of Yoga, is considered to be one of the most extensive trainings available.
Victoria is also an Anusara Elements teacher, a Yoga Alliance qualification which she gained under internationally renowned teacher Bridget Woods Kramer.
Committed to Continuing Professional Development, Victoria continues to attend regular teacher trainings, immersions, intensives and workshops with leaders in their chosen field.
