Restorative Yoga in Ealing - 6 Week Course
This is a profoundly nourishing and healing practice. Restorative yoga is about slowing down and allowing the muscles to relax. It's a completely different feeling from other types of yoga – no muscular effort is required. Instead, a range of props (bolsters and blankets) support the body in poses so they can be held for longer. This way you receive the wonderful internal benefits of the practice without engaging or stretching the muscles. Restorative yoga is beautifully mellow, making it the perfect antidote to stress and a busy lifestyle. Suitable for everyone - no previous experience of yoga required.
