About Yoga Retreats

A yoga retreat is an amazing experience. It is the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in, and deepen, your yoga practice; to relax; take time out and recharge your batteries. Victoria lovingly creates and teaches retreats in amazing places so your yoga practice is supported by beautiful, relaxing surroundings. Each unique retreat is carefully chosen for its location, views and delicious vegetarian food. Yoga is twice daily, looking out onto pretty countryside or the sea.  Morning yoga is a two hour vinyasa practice with relaxation, followed by a delicious brunch. The evening hour and a half practice focuses on gentle yoga or restorative yoga, yoga nidra, pranayama and meditation, followed by dinner.  The rest of each day is yours to chill, swim, read, walk, explore or socialise. Victoria creates inclusive and friendly retreats, also allowing each student as much space and privacy as they need.
